  • Minute 1: 3 Burpees

  • Minute 2: 4 Burpees

  • Minute 3: 5 Burpees

  • ....

If you can't complete the amount of Burpees in one minute, you're out :)

Beginner Version:

  • Minute 1: 2 Burpees
