Mobility

  • Bottom of a Squat hold

  • per side Pigeon Stretch

  • 10 Reverse Burpees (see link 1) or regular Burpees

  • 20 Spiderman Push-ups (see link 2) / Push-ups

  • 30 Pistols / Pistols on Box/Couch

  • 40 Box Step Ups

  • 50 Lateral Lunges

  • 60 Sec Plank Hold

  • 70 Russian Twist

  • 80 One Arm Object Thrusters

  • 90 sec bottom of a squat hold

  • 100 Shoulder Taps
